How does the insurance email parser work? +

PMC connects to your email inbox and reads assignment emails from Telesure, OUTsurance, Santam and other insurers. When a claim assignment arrives, PMC creates the job automatically — DAS reference, client details, property address, trade type and SLA deadline all populated from the email. The SLA countdown timer starts immediately. No manual capturing, no 20-minute delay. Available on Panel Pro.

Why 40 metres for GPS attendance? +

GPS accuracy varies ±10–20 metres. Large properties (gate to front door) can be 30 metres. Apartments may be 20 metres between the street entrance and the unit. 10 metres would cause legitimate check-ins to fail. 100 metres would allow clock-in from a neighbour's property. 40 metres is the industry-tested sweet spot that eliminates fraud while allowing legitimate attendance to be confirmed.

ServCraft looks similar and cheaper — what's the difference? +
